Barzaari Chippendale's Regional Dinner Series

Barzaari Chippendale, part of The Old Clare Hotel, have launched a series of dinners that explore the little known flavours of Eastern Mediterranean regions that have inspired the menu at Barzaari Chippendale. For one night only, a five-course meal (plus snacks to start) will take diners on an in-depth and delicious journey of the tastes and culture of a particular region.

First up is Cyprus where chef Darryl Martin will serve dishes such as,
Kolokas Yemegi - braised lamb shoulder with taro and flatbread from Kyrenia in Northern Cyprus
Sheftalia - wrapped pork & garlic, cucumber, yoghurt, onion, served with house-baked pitafrom Cyprus’s capital Lefkosia
Ashure, a centuries old Cyprian pudding will close out the meal, served alongside a fig, apricot and rose sorbet

Each regional dining experience will be $90 per person with beverages available a la carte.

 In July and August, Barzaari Chippendale will explore the regions of Lebanon and Jordan.

Terms and Conditions

To enter The Golden Ticket competition, bookings for The Old Clare Hotel must be made to stay during the Easter - Anac holiday period (25/03/2019 – 17/04/2019) during the set period 25/03/2019 – 17/04/2019. Bookings must quote promo code “GOLDENTICKET19” at the time of booking to go in the draw. Winner will redeem up to two nights of their stay refunded (if pre-paid) or complimentary if paying upon departure.

Eligibility

  • Entry is open to those who book a stay at the hotel during the 15/04/2019 – 26/04/2019

  • Employees and employees of any company associated with the Promotion and family of employees are ineligible to enter

 

Entry

  • The promotion commences on 00:00 25/03/2019 – 23:59 17/04/2019

Prizes and Winning

  • The random prize draw will take place at 10:00 on the 18/04/2019

  • The winner will receive two night’s stay at equal value of their booking made during the Promotion period

  • The Promotion entitles the winner to a total of two nights refund on their booked stay

  • The Promotion must be used in its entirety within one transaction

  • The total Prize pool value is the equivalent to the original room booking

Prize conditions 

  • Winner will be notified by staff upon checking in to the hotel, and via e-mail on the check-in date. The winner will have their details published on https://www.theoldclarehotel.com.au/whats-on/on the 26/04/2019

  • Promotion must be claimed within six (6) months of issue date

  • If the prize is unclaimed or un-awarded a second chance prize draw will be conducted on the 26/04/2019 on premises of the The Old Clare Hotel at 10:00. The winner drawn will be contacted by phone and e-mail in writing within three (3) business days to organise their prize

  • Prize is not redeemable for cash

  • Printing and other quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim. Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions, all prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured.
