We’re taking all COVID-19 safety precautions seriously and are officially registered with the NSW Government as a COVID safe business.⠀

⠀⠀⠀

  • On arrival, rooms have will be completely sanitised, including all linen and towels
  • All rooms are left out-of-service for at least 24 hours between guests
  • Guests are able to opt in to either ‘safety aware service’, where rooms are cleaned by staff wearing PPE equipment, or ‘service free’ to ensure that no one enters the room
  • Sanitiser is in all public areas and available in-rooms
  • 24-hour room service delivered to your front door
  • Our team will ensure all guests are contacted before their arrival, should there be any special requirements or requests

As you may be aware the Australian Federal Government and New South Wales state government are enforcing new measures on social distancing in order to slow the spread of Covid-19. This will see restrictions on amenities as well as the closure of all licensed areas within hotels.

Please be advised that, abiding by these rules and in order to continue to do our bit in this difficult time, we have closed The Rooftop bar, the swimming pool area as well as the gym.
